Drill Collar Use:
One of the most important components of the drill string is to provide drilling pressure to the drill bit and improve the rigidity of the drill string.
Product Description:
Made of AISI4145H chromium molybdenum steel, the content of trace elements is effectively controlled. According to the shape and material of the drill collar, it is divided into three forms:
1. Type A (cylindrical): It is made of ordinary alloy steel, and the cross-section of the pipe body is round drill collars both inside and outside.
2. Type B (spiral): It is made of ordinary alloy steel and has a drill collar with a spiral groove on the outer surface of the pipe.
3. Type C (non-magnetic type): It is made of stainless alloy steel with very low magnetic permeability, and the cross section of the pipe body is round drill collar inside and outside.
