CTU Introduction
The coiled tubing unit (CTU for short) is known as the "universal operating equipment". It has been widely used in oil and gas field workover,
drilling, completion, logging, gathering, transportation, stimulation and other fields.
Compared with conventional operation technology, ct truck has outstanding advantages and features:
1. Low operating cost. Costs are directly reduced due to fewer CTU equipment, shorter time to move, install, and prepare for operations, and
faster and less work to pull up and run tubing.
2. To increase the production of oil Wells, redrilling or lateral drilling of old Wells can increase the production of old Wells without economic
benefit.
3, protect oil layer, operation safety. For sensitive bottom layer, continuous operation can be carried out without spraying, releasing pressure and
with pressure to prevent formation pollution, protect the formation and increase production.
Coiled tubing equipment can be used in different ranges depending on the equipment's performance parameters. It is mainly used for sand
flushing, acidizing and well washing, gas lift drainage, wax removal, fishing, well sealing and other operations and stimulation measures.
Equipped with relevant tools, it can carry out perforation, drag fracturing, drilling and grinding bridge plug, drilling and other ultra-deep shale gas
and oil well construction operations, and cable coiled tubing can be used for downhole logging operations.

disassembly drum, etc., according to their needs, equipped with HD monitoring device.
• Accurate tubing counting system, equipped with high-definition monitoring device, more accurate operation.
• BOP ram movements can be recorded and queried, and both electrical and mechanical unlocking is required for operation
• It can remotely monitor site construction data and alarm information through mobile network (4G, etc.) on mobile phone or computer, and store
key data to remote cloud server to view historical data.
• Easy and efficient replacement of injector head holder for 1 "to 2.875" tubing.
