KTZ600L Description
The KTZ600L pump is a reciprocating, volumetric, single-acting, horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump. The maximum input power of the pump is 600hp. This pump is widely used in intermittent oil well operations, such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, water injection and other working conditions. Structurally, it is suitable to be configured on a single-machine single-pump cement truck, such as GJC45-21, GJC50-13, 700-type acidizing fracturing truck, 45-21 high-pressure injection skid, etc.

Main Structural Features:
1. It consists of three parts: power end, hydraulic end and reduction box;
2. Adopts a unique external reduction gearbox design. The reduction gearbox can be left or right-mounted, and there are 16 different installation positions to choose from, making it easy for vehicle layout and maintenance;
3. Derived from the SPM600 short pump, the length of the pump casing is increased, a small connecting rod is added, and the plunger and connecting rod are connected by clamps, which overcomes the shortcomings of the short pump being difficult to maintain and is suitable for configuration in a single machine. On pump trucks (skids), it has become a standard product for domestic cementing trucks and high-pressure injection equipment;
4. It has basic interchangeability with the internal parts of the SPM600 pump;
5. There are two different pump head bodies for installing four different specifications of plungers (3", 3.5", 4", 4.5") to obtain different pressures and displacements for customers to choose.
